The Malta College of Arts, Science and Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding with C. V. Raman Group of Institutions from Bhubaneswar, India.

The objective of this agreement is to enable cooperation and exchange between the two institutions in academic areas of mutual interest while expanding further the educational exchange between India and Malta.

The agreement will include the exchange of staff and students, coordination of academic and scientific activities, development and delivery of joint courses and the promotion of more academic cooperation.

The agreement was signed by Ing. Vince Maione, MCAST vice-principal and Sanjib Kumar Rout, chairman of C. V. Raman Group of Institutions.

The Maltese High Commissioner to India Stephen Borg and MCAST president of the Board of Governors, Frederick Schembri were also present for the signing.
