Rudi Farrugia and Malcolm Gauci, Off Road Driver and Co-Pilot respectively, members of the All Wheel Drive Club Malta finished second in The King of PolandOff Road Competition. King of Poland was the first race in Eastern Europe organised by Ultra4 Europe and the last in the 2018 European championship.Although Farrugia and Gauci of 111 Racing Team did not compete for the championship, the fact that this was the final event, with the championship rankings still open, made the competition much tougher for the Maltese team. The King of Poland was decisive to define the scores for the 2018 championship and offered an epic battle for the win in every class.

The event took place at the Olszyna MotoPark, in Poland on a 22 km track, probably the fastest in Europe with slopes in the forests, sand and rocks that characterized the event.

Rudi Farrugia and Malcom Gauci competed in the Ultra4 Class, finished the 16laps and their 3rd and fastest round after 1 hour 26 minutes 24 seconds following,Axel Burmman and Tom Olieslager.
