The Chamber of Advocates today announced the appointment of Dr Louis de Gabriele, partner at Camilleri Preziosi Advocates, as President of the Chamber of Advocates.

de Gabriele’s tenure succeeds that of George Hyzler who tendered his resignation as President of the Chamber of Advocates in order to take on his duties as the first Parliamentary Commissioner for Standards in Public Life.

The Chamber would like to thank Hyzler for his leadership and personal commitment to the Chamber since his appointment in 2015 and wished him well in his new appointment.
