This information was tabled in Parliament by Prime Minister Joseph Muscat in response to a series of questions made by Nationalist Party MP Karol Aquilina.

With regards to certificates issued from January 2017 to date, last year saw 64 certificates issued by the MRVA whilst, up until October 2018, there have been 76 certificates issued.

There were also two individuals who advised the MRVA of their intention to cease benefitting from the certificate issued to them. They advised the MRVA in November 2017 and March 2018.

The three accounts of MRVA are with Bank of Valletta, two of which are current accounts, and one savings account, with a balance of €1,824,786.28 as at September 2018.
