A photo uploaded on Facebook says that a public bus passenger needed to open an umbrella because the rain was seeping through the ceiling.
“For Malta you need an umbrella… even in the Tallinja,” the person who uploaded the photo wrote.
“It’s really pouring through the ceiling.”
