President of Malta Marie-Louise Coleiro Preca visited Great Ormond Street Hospital, the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, as well as the Royal National Throat, Nose and Ear Hospital, in London.

On behalf of the people of Malta and Gozo, President Coleiro Preca thanked the management and the staff of these hospitals for the care which they show to the Maltese and Gozitan patients who regularly make use of the services they provide.

The President was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health Chris Fearne.

During these visits, the President also met with the Maltese and Gozitan patients who are currently undergoing treatment in these hospitals.
