Goodies for charity: Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates organizes annual cake bake

Monday, 3 December 2018, 15:24 Last update: about 6 years ago

As per yearly custom, Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates opted to give back in the sweetest of ways this Festive Season. By organizing their Annual Christmas Bake Sale, the firm prompts all staff members to come together and contribute to society by donating a baked good. The funds raised at this event will go on to help children and immigrants in need.

It is not only during the festive season that Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates prioritises the concept of giving back, the firm does so yearly, through its philanthropic arm; the Claris Foundation. The Foundation's primary aim is to invest part of the firm's financial and legal resources to charitable causes. In turn, the Foundation aids the firm in identifying problem areas in society which need help. It is a prerogative therefore, that awareness is raised about, and that help is given to, vulnerable persons in both Malta and abroad. Nonetheless, the Foundation has also developed and implemented programmes in support of the health, education and well-being of children, locally and overseas.

At this time of year, team solidarity and camaraderie shine their brightest. The firm's employees, whether Maltese or foreign, came together to affect change and help those of us from different walks of life. Whether it was cookies, cakes, or local or ethnic dessert, Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates encouraged employees to prepare or buy something for the special day.

These goodies were in turn presented at the firm's special get together, which took place on the 30th of November 2018, at Chetcuti Cauchi Advocates' offices in St Ursula street.
