Two teenagers were injured on Sunday evening following a crash involving two cars in Paola, the police said.

The accident happened in Dom Mintoff Avenue at 9.40pm.

A Peugeot 106 driven by a 19-year-old of Qormi and a Toyota driven by an 18-year-old , also of Qormi, were involved in a collision.

The 19-year-old suffered grievous injuries while the other young man was slightly hurt.
