Marsaxlokk residents today overwhelmingly voted for the Sunday market to close at 3pm.
In a referendum, 684 voted for the market to close at 3pm, with only 76 voting against while 11 votes were invalid.
The result was announced on the Marsaxlokk Facebook page.
