It will be a cold weekend, according to the Meteorological Office, with the temperature expected to go down to a low of six degrees on Saturday night, and slightly up to seven degrees on Sunday night.

Isolated showers are expected on Saturday and thunderstorms are forecast for Sunday, when the feel like temperature is set at only seven degrees.

Monday will be a windy day with temperatures going up to a maximum of 12 degrees.

The situation is expected to improve as from Tuesday, when a high of 14 degrees is forecast, while the maximum on Thursday is set at 16 degrees.
