An 80-year-old who groped his 30-year-old female carer ended up being locked in the balcony and was only released after his daughter was called to the residence, Italian media report.

The man, from Ancona, is reported to have asked for a hug from the carer, but his wandering hands were not welcome.

The woman, from Santo Domingo, managed to lure the man onto the balcony, and proceeded to lock him there before she called the man’s daughter for help.

The maid had been employed only a week before the incident happened. The man’s daughter released her from the employment and, instead, employed a man to take care of her father.
