Pace, the American 6'6" guard regularly topped the scoresheet in Gzira Athleta's games and was a main pawn in Sasha Dimitrijevic's drive to this year's BOV Basketball League title. Throughout March, Pace scored 8 treys and averaged 79% from the free throw line and 65% from the field for his 91 points scored during the month.

10 of Samantha's 40 points scored during March during the Women's Knockout Final helped towards the title. With 9 treys during the month, she was essential in her team's drive towards the league final, now being tied at 2-2 and going into the final game of the season.

Gzira Athleta will be contesting the final of the BOV Amateur League. Nicolo Guida's contribution in this campaign cannot be overshadowed with his 50 points during the month of March which includes 60% from the distance and 70% from the field.

Peter Perotti, Chief Officer at Bank of Valletta presented a commemorative plaque to the winners.
