VALLETTA VIDEOSLOTS          5
SAN ĠILJAN TUM INVEST     14
(4-2), (0-6), (0-3), (1-3)

San Ġiljan TUM Invest won the last game of their campaign as they found no difficulty in defeating Valletta Videoslots 11-5 to secure third place. Despite losing only one match in this league, this seems to be a step back for a team that won the last three editions. On the other hand, Valletta will be satisfied with fourth place after registering three wins in the first phase.

Valletta played better than their opponents for only a session. They deservedly took a 4-2 lead in the first eight minutes as San Ġiljan looked sloppy in their passes. But as the second session started, San Ġiljan upped their game and dominated the session scoring six consecutive goals as Valletta had no reply.

San Ġiljan made sure of the win in the third session as Valletta switched off and held the initiative to Marko Orlovic's team. Dino Zammit scored two penalties alongside Matthew Zammit's goal. The last session was another low key session as San Ġiljan controlled the game and youngster Tristan Said scored a hat-trick in the last minutes of the game.
