A biker was injured this morning in a collision with a car in the limits of Zebbug, the police said.

The accident took place in the Xindi area at 10.45am.

The biker, a 22-year-old man of Zebbug, was riding a Yamaha MT-03 which was involved in a collision with a Toyota driven by a 75-year-old man of Zebbug.

 The biker suffered serious injuries and was taken to hospital.
