Jake Vella, the boy who stole many people’s heart as he battles a rare condition, was taken to hospital in an emergency on Wednesday evening.

Jake suffers from Rohhad Condition, a life-threatening syndrome that affects the autonomic nervous system.

The Rohhad Association said on Facebook that Jake is in hospital and that prayers are solicited.
