Equiom appoints chief Commercial officer

Equiom, the global professional services provider, has announced the appointment of Gerard Delaney to chief Commercial officer. Gerard is responsible for the overall growth of the business, focusing on expanding Equiom's geographical reach among private and corporate clients.

With more than 25 years' experience, Gerard has worked across a variety of sectors including intellectual property management and private equity-owned global telecoms companies. Having lived and worked in Asia-Pacific, Sweden, the US and the UK, Gerard has extensive international business and cultural experience. Gerard holds a master's degree from University College Cork. The recipient of an EU scholarship, he studied Japanese language and business at the Naganuma Institute and Sophia University Tokyo. He has also completed a series of Executive Education modules at the Harvard Business School.

Equiom's Executive Chair, Sheila Dean commented on the appointment: "I am pleased to welcome Gerard to the team.
