During the weekend, the Malta Air Rifle and Pistol Shooting Club organised its third competition of the National League 2019-20 in the 10m Air Pistol discipline, at the Larry Vella Hall indoor range in Bidnija.  The shooters had to shoot 6 sets of 10 shots for a total of 60 shots each in 1hr 15minutes, with the best eight shooters to qualify for the final.

After the 60 shot qualification, Eleanor Bezzina was at the top of the list with a total of 559 from 600 points, she was followed by the new comer Stephen Cauchi with 545 points, and followed in close marking by Josephine Galea Calleja with 541 points.

During the final, Eleanor kept her momentum and took the lead and won the competition.  There was tight marking between the next 4 shooters, between Josephine Galea Calleja, Stephen Vassallo, Stephen Cauchi and Antoine Attard. Josephine managed to secure the second place and Stephen Cauchi took the third place.
