In two separate lawsuits Mr Justice Anthony Ellul  and Mr Justice Lawrence Mintoff passed judgement on two cases related to mis-selling by GlobalCapital Financial Management Ltd, a subsidiary of Global Capital plc.

The appeals had been filed by the company following decisions by the Financial Services Arbiter who had found in favour of investors who, had filed complaints of mis-selling  by GlobalCapital Financial Management Ltd.

The judgements confirmed the decisions of the Financial Services Arbiter and effectively result in GlobalCapital Financial Management Ltd being sentenced to compensate or refund to the various investors, tens of thousands of euros.
