Scorers: Alan Borg Olivier 30' 72', Joseph Farrugia 68' pen, Kemma Jackson 74'.

Pembroke were sent crushing to their second consecutive 0-4 defeat, this time at the hands of neighbours St.Andrew's in an interesting derby.

The turning point of a balanced match came just past the hour when Pembroke's Mifsud Triganza missed a sitter failing to level matters, and a couple of minutes later St.Andrew's doubled the score from the penalty spot.

Pembroke fizzled out after this setback and suffered two further goals in quick succession for another drubbing. Pembroke have some big problems at the back and were many a times caught on the wrong foot by the fast and talented Reid and Jackson.

Qormi-Qrendi                                      1-2

Qormi: J. Azzopardi, F. Gnindokponou (R. Silva Santos 61'), C. Matombo (L. Farrugia 81'), M. Borg, B. Grech, A. Abela, J. Lokando, F. Gusman, A. Cassar, N. Ghio, T. Gusman.

Referee: Malcolm Spiteri

Scorers: Jordy Lokando 6', Alexander Nilsson 79', Dhonatan Santos Da Hora 90'

Qrendi kept flying high beating Qormi yesterday thanks to a late rally. Qormi took an early lead and were in control for most of the match, but two goals in the last ten minutes of the game shattered their hopes of victory.

Qormi had a flying start taking the lead after only six minutes play when a Tensior Gusman header hit the upright and from the rebound Jordy Lokando fired home.

Qrendi had some good actions in search for the equaliser but Qormi were always in control till ten minutes from time when Nilsson was tripped inside the box and from the resultant penalty the same Nilsson made no mistake.

Qormi ventured forward in search of a new advantage but were punished on 90 minutes when Santos Da Hora fired a beauty that gave Azzopardi no chance to save.
