The Labour Party runs the risk of becoming extinct like dinosaurs, Education Minister Evarist Bartolo said this morning.

In a post on Facebook, Bartolo said dinosaurs were large animals which became extinct after they were hit by a catastrophe.

The Labour Party is a huge party. It has done and is doing great things for the people and the country.

“But if it does not react with honesty and realism to what is happening there is a chance that it will suffer the same fate as dinosaurs. But, in that case, it would be suicide.

“Why should our party commit suicide when it can still do so much?”
