A driver was taken to hospital after a car overturned in Attard on Thursday evening.

The accident took place in Triq Kappella tal-Mirakli at 7.45pm.

The police said that the driver, a 44-year-old man of Birkirkara, lost control of the Toyota Yaris driver he was driving and the car overturned.

He was taken to hospital with slight injuries.
