A number of people were involved in a violent brawl in Msida on Wednesday, as can be seen in shocking footage uploaded on social media.

The video shows a group of men and women attacking a van driver.

The incident took place near the local council offices in Valley Road. At one point, a woman is seen beating the van, and the driver, with what seems to be a wooden stick. More people joined the fracas before the driver managed to escape.  

This was the second viral fight video released on Wednesday, with earlier footage showing four women brawling in Marsa. That incident is believed to have taken place on Tuesday nights. The police have not received any reports in connection with the case.
