TVM will be screening the Euro 2020 final between England and Italy on Sunday in both languages, using both of its stations, Public Broadcasting Services said.

The national station has been under fire after the services of the Italian national broadcaster Rai have been blocked, preventing followers from watching football in the Italian language.

Malta is more or less divided into supporters of England and Italy, and the PBS decision will serve to appease both.

The Italian commentary will be on TVM while the commentary in English will be on TVM 2.

The match starts at 9pm.
