A Filipino national who resides in Mosta was grievously injured in a fight in Msida early on Monday morning, the police said.

The incident occurred on the Ta’ Xbiex promenade, at around 3am.

The police said that a group if unidentified persons attacked the 38-year-old Filipino, grievously injuring him, leaving the site before officers arrived.
