The Malta Independent Online
On Sunday all children are invited to spend a day of fun at all McDonald’s restaurants in Malta and Gozo while raising funds for the children at the Eden Foundation. These activities are being organised to celebrate World Children’s Day, a day being celebrated all over the world at McDonald’s.

Each McDonald’s restaurant will offer its own exclusive programme for kids. To mention some of the activities, McDonald’s Malta restaurants will feature bazaars, fire brigade demonstrations, face painting sessions, kids parties, special visits by local footballers, martial arts, crafts corner, football mania and much more.

Casts from popular kids TV programmes such as Nannu Spagu and Teen Trouble will also be present as will Ira Losco, who is this year’s local ambassador for World Children’s Day.

McDonald’s Ronald McDonald will also be making special visits during the day. A football tournament is also being organised on Saturday 18 November at the Pita Hotspurs Football pitch for children under eight years of age coming from local nurseries. All proceeds will also go towards the Eden Foundation. More information is available from one’s respective nursery club. Detailed programmes of World Children’s Day activities are available at the respective McDonald’s restaurant.

By simply visiting the local McDonald’s restaurant on Sunday 19 November, children will have the opportunity to join in the McDonald’s effort to help children like themselves who are in need while spending a day filled with fun and entertainment.
