The Knorr Meet & GreeEAT kiosk will be visiting localities in Malta on weekends in March 2007 to show consumers new ways of cooking with the range of Knorr products, to communicate their versatility.

The Knorr Meet & GreeEAT roadshow will start at Baystreet, St George’s Bay on Saturday 3 and Sunday 4 March. It will be stationed at the Rotunda between 11am and 6pm.

In each locality, the Meet & GreeEAT kiosk will host a number of cooking demonstration sessions by the Knorr gourmet chef, Tony Cilia.

Tony will be showing the spectators new and convenient ways to cook tasty and nutritious meals by using quality Knorr products, which will include the tomato-based Knorr Ragù Sauce, Stir it Up! Pastes and Knorr Cubes.

“Throughout the Meet & GreeEAT roadshow, our chef will be preparing various meals with the Knorr range of products and offering spectators the opportunity to sample the cooked food,” said Alison Camilleri Huntingford, Knorr Brand Manager at Vadala Company Limited. “We will be showing easy and quick recipes and providing hints which are relevant to Maltese cooking for today’s consumers.”

Knorr Ragù has recently been re-launched, and is now filled with more tomatoes than ever before, with no artificial flavours, colours and preservatives.

Knorr Ragù is available in various flavours, including Original, Red Lasagne, Red Wine and Herbs, White Lasagne, Onion and Roaster Garlic, Traditional, Basil and Oregano, and the new flavour, Knorr Ragù Spicy. The Knorr Cubes and Stir it Up! Pastes are also available in several different flavours.

During the visits, these Knorr products will be available on special offer. A Knorr branded bowl will be given free to those customers who purchase two special offers simultaneously.

Each cooking session will be with a different recipe and spectators will be able to watch, ask questions and even help out the Knorr chef in his demonstrations.

Knorr hostesses will be distributing leaflets to the public, containing the easy-to-follow Knorr recipes, useful hints and tips, from keeping healthy to tricks on how to get that little bit extra out of a meal, as well as information on the dates and location of each roadshow.

The Knorr Meet & GreeEAT roadshow will be coordinated by the popular Maltese personality, Martin Sapiano, who will also be presenting the activity at Baystreet, with dancers and musicians also livening up the event.
