European recognition for Cafe Jubilee
Cafe Jubilee has recently participated in a number of overseas franchising events with the aim of expanding and developing the Cafe Jubilee concept in international markets.

Recently, Cafe Jubilee has taken part in the Budapest Expo 2008, the European Franchise days in Brno and in the Master Franchise Conference in Munich.

Through the Budapest Expo 2008, Cafe Jubilee exposed its concept to a number of potential international investors.

Cafe Jubilee was also invited by the Czech Franchise Association to participate in this year’s European Franchise days held in Brno, at which Cafe Jubilee director Alex Scicluna delivered a presentation on: What is behind the success of a well prepared franchise concept of Cafe Jubilee in Malta?

The Master Franchise Conference in Munich also gave Cafe Jubilee the opportunity to present its brand to a number of investors.

“At Cafe Jubilee we are passionate about the quality of our products, we love what we do and we want our customers to feel part of this experience – creating an environment where our

customers feel at home is our goal. At the heart of our offering lies a combination of delicious food, a welcoming ambience and a value for money proposition,” Mr Scicluna explained.

“We think that this concept can be successfully replicated through franchising throughout the world,” he said.

This year, Cafe Jubilee is celebrating the 10th anniversary of the opening of its first Bistro Pub in 1998 in Gozo. It has since expanded, with additional outlets in Valletta and in Gzira, and now aims to go one step further by developing its idea in the international market.

Also this year, Cafe Jubilee has created a loyalty card for its customers. For every e1 spent at Cafe Jubilee, customers will be rewarded with seven loyalty points worth e0.01c. Once 500 loyalty points or more have been collected, Cafe Jubilee will redeem the value of the points collected by subtracting it from the customer’s bill. Loyalty card holders will also benefit from a number of offers available to members only.
