Final preparations are being made prior to putting up the protective tents over the Neolithic temples of Mnajdra and Hagar Qim. The company doing the work is said to be waiting for fine weather to put them up, which, with next week being mainly rainy, does not seem quite imminent. The steel structures over the temples have already shocked many people used to seeing the temples in a sun-swept bare panorama with Filfla in the background.
