A breathtaking journey into living
The Art of Living Foundation is one of the largest volunteer-based organisations in the world. It is a non-profit, educational, humanitarian organisation working in special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations. And it is now coming to Malta with an introductory six-day course aptly named ‘The Art of Living’.

The course will be held in 23 hours over six days between 15 and 20 October, with different times on weekdays and weekends to better facilitate participation, against a fee of e160. It will be delivered by Beatrice Iulini who will be coming to Malta specifically for it.

Effusive in her enthusiasm, Ms Iulini says that the course will impart knowledge about effective methods and breathing techniques from the timeless wisdom of yoga. Sudarshan Kriya, a dynamic breathing technique, will strengthen participants’ health and harmonise their thoughts and emotions. They will regain their balance.

It is a simple yet profound workshop, a powerful energiser that cleanses deep-rooted emotional stresses and toxins; it brings the mind and body into synchronicity with natural rhythms. Serenity, centeredness, better health, greater joy and enthusiasm for life and more harmonious relationships are just some of the results.

“The Art of Living is about making life a celebration,” says Ms Iulini. “It is an expression of spiritual values – those attributes and qualities which are the very heart of humanity, such as compassion, non-violence, enthusiasm and a deep caring for all life and the planet.”

This unique breathing technique will effectively boost energies, reduce stress and strengthen immune systems, nurture mental clarity, strengthen relations and help self-confidence.

All techniques learned in the course can easily be continued at home. Just a few minutes of daily practice will help participants to incorporate what they have learned in their daily life and will bring forward their personal development.

Bookings for the Art of Living Course can be made with Ms Alexia King on 7945- 6571 or e-mail info@omni-ideas.com.
