ICT Solutions is organising a seminar on various aspects of collaboration and unified communications. The seminar will be held at the Radisson BLU, St Julian’s on Thursday from 8.30am till 12.30pm. Presentations will be delivered by Tim Stone, head of Collaboration Marketing Europe, Cisco Systems. The topics will include a key note presentation on the CISCO collaboration vision, an insight into next generation voice systems and an understanding of how mobile work practices can be improved through the use of UC platforms. There will also be a session focusing on practical implementation guidelines relevant to the local SMB market.
