Prime Minister Joseph Muscat this morning departed Malta for China in order to attend the World Economic Forum conference.   During his visit, Dr Muscat will hold talks with the Chinese Prime Minister Li Keqiang, as well as various bilateral meetings with European leader and Chinese entrepreneurs.   Deputy Prime Minister Louis Grech, the government whip Carmelo Abela, and the Malta Enterprise Chairman Mario Vella also form part of the Maltese delegation
