Middlesex University Malta welcomes the announcement that the Education Ministry is embarking on a programme and campaign to raise the standards of English language use in Malta.

Maltese students at the Middlesex campus in Pembroke have always displayed high levels of English language proficiency; however any investments to improve the use of English are most certainly welcome.

Malta is home to Middlesex University’s third global campus and with Malta’s bilingualism there is the potential to attract international students to pursue their studies here.  

As Malta continues to establish itself as an international hub of services, including education, English proficiency becomes even more critical in maintaining its growth and investment attractiveness.

Middlesex University Malta commends the Ministry of Education for this initiative which will have a beneficial effect on all Maltese students.
