The Nationalist Party today said that its leader’s Twitter account came under a cyber attack from different places around Europe, as hackers tried to get access to Adrian Delia’s account.
The people responsible for Delia’s pages on the social media took immediate action to safeguard the profiles on which the attack was taking place, the PN said.
This is yet another attempt to attack the PN leader, and it is clear that the attacks are “coordinated and malicious” against him and the party.
This attack took place at a time when Delia is speaking strongly against a government decision to give up public land to private entrepreneurs and the previously-reached government deal to pass on public hospitals to private entities.
Delia is also facing challenges to resign after his estranged wife filed for separation claiming domestic abuse which Delia is denying.
