A picture of a leaked document shows disgraced former Juventus manager Luciano Moggi as being eligible to vote in the Gzira local council elections. 

Moggi's name has been listed on the electoral register.

It is not known when the former Juventus manager managed to obtain a Maltese permit. Moggi had been handed a life ban by the Italian football federation after the scandal which led to the forced relegation of Juventus and the withdrawal of two leagues won by the Turin club.

Moggi drew condemnation for his purported underhand manoeuvres in trying to gain an unfair advantage for Juventus by influencing referee selectors, charges he denied.
