A third party, unrelated contractor has cut through Go’s fibre network in Zejtun causing a service outage impacting some customers in the following areas: Zejtun, Zabbar, Bulebel, Senglea, Cospicua, Vittoriosa,Gudja, Fgura , Ghaxaq, Hal Far, Hal-Farrug, Hal Luqa ,Marsa industrial estate, Zebbug and Siggiewi.

Services impacted are mainly related to internet and mobile, Go said on Facebook.

“Our technical team is already on site to assess the extent of the damage and are doing everything they can to restore services in the shortest time possible despite the unfavourable weather conditions.

"Estimated time for repair is currently being evaluated.

“We apologise for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience. We will be coming back with further updates once these are available.
