At around 11:50pm on Monday evening, the police were informed that four vehicles had caught on fire in the industrial zone of Bulebel, limits of Zejtun.

After contacting the police, The Malta Independent was informed that investigations are currently taking place to understand how the vehicles caught fire and whether this was an arson attack.

Members of the police force as well as Civil Protection Department were called to battle the flames. The four cars which had caught fire were a Renault a Citroen and two Ford vehicles. The police have confirmed that the owners of the cars were informed about the fires and are being investigated. Nobody was injured in the attack.
