Air Malta offers cancelled London flight passengers free re-booking or refund

Air Malta has offered passengers affected by the airline's flight cancellations to London airports free re-bookings for the same destination, or a full refund ticket.

"To minimise disruptions, the airline has announced an extra flight to London Gatwick. The flight will operate tomorrow (10th February) as per following schedule:

KM3124 Departure Malta 1700 Arrival Gatwick 2030,  KM3125 Departure Gatwick 2120 - Arrival Malta 0025*

"Customers are kindly requested to contact our Contact Centre on +356 2166 2211 for further information. Air Malta apologises for delays in replying due to the high level of calls caused by this event. Affected customers can also reach the airline through our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/AirMalta/. "Safety is Air Malta's top priority. The airline gives utmost importance to the safety and well-being of its clients and crew and apologises for these disruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control."

Air Malta has today cancelled its four flights to London due to inclement weather caused by Storm Ciara, affecting the UK and Western Europe.

The following flights, scheduled to operate today, Sunday 9th February, have been cancelled:

KM100 from Malta to London Heathrow

KM101 from London Heathrow to Malta;

KM116 from Malta to London Gatwick

KM117 from London Gatwick to Malta;

KM102 from Malta to London Heathrow

KM103 from London Heathrow to Malta;

KM118 from Malta to London Gatwick

KM119 from London Gatwick to Malta.
