Motorcyclist grievously injured after crashing into stationary car in Rabat

A 39-year-old motorcyclist was grievously injured on Wednesday after he crashed into a car in Rabat.

The accident took place in Valletta Road, at around 9am.

The man was driving a Kymco Agility 125 motorcycle that had an impact with a Tata Indica. The car was stopped at the side of the road when the crash took place.

The casualty, a Rabat resident, was taken to Mater Dei hospital by ambulance.

The police are investigating the accident.
