Malta Public Transport releases summer schedule

Malta Public Transport will be operating its summer schedule with effect from 5 July 2020. There will be a total of 436 additional trips per day across the network, as well as increased bus capacity to cater for a rise in demand for public transport.

Meanwhile, several routes will be extended to popular beaches during the summer period.

Route 49 to Għadira Bay will make stops at Armier Bay, Route 74 to Żurrieq will make stops at Blue Grotto, Route 101 to Ċirkewwa will make stops at Ġnejna Bay, Route 109 to Baħrija will make stops at Lapsi.

In Gozo, the frequency of Route 301 from Victoria to Mġarr will be increased to coincide with the ferry trips.

The new schedules are available online on publictransport.com.mt. Over the next few days, Malta Public Transport is also updating all timetables on every bus stop in Malta and Gozo.
