One new Coronavirus case was registered on Wednesday, while two patients have recovered, health authorities said.

The new positive case is a local, sporadic asymptomacti case, they added.

This brings the total number of cases to 674, with nine deaths.

The number of patients who have recovered is now 656, with only nine cases remaining active.

Swab tests on Thursday totalled 809, which brings the total number of tests carried out in Malta to 104,908.
