'Great start for a wannabe': Arrigo accuses Comodini Cachia of lying on television

PN deputy leader Robert Arrigo has accused “wannabe” Therese Comodini Cachia of lying on television when she said she had never asked for his resignation.

Arrigo published part of an email Comodini Cachia had sent to Adrian Delia in February, urging him and the entire party leadership to “move sideways.”

The MP, who has been nominated by the group of ‘rebel’ MPs to serve as Opposition Leader, was interviewed on Realta` on TVM.

“Yesterday's Realta answers were untrue. Great start for a wannabe,” Arrigo wrote. “I avoided other attributes that Therese chose to write about me. The hunger of a takeover is so great and now even dangerous,” he continued.

In an earlier post, Arrigo said: “Therese at least confirmed that she did send the email to ask for my removal. She was specific. There is no leakage. Don't blame others like you do with others.

You've hurt me, no excuses. We are living in different planets.”
