Middleman in the Daphne Caruana Galizia assassination Melvin Theuma remains in stable condition within the Mater Dei Hospital ENT ward, the police said.

Theuma was found in a pool of blood in his Swieqi home on Tuesday 21 July, after allegedly trying to kill himself. He was operated on that night, and sustained serious wounds to his neck, chest, and left wrist.
