A biker was seriously injured on Wednesday afternoon when he was involved in a collision with a car in Cospicua, the police said.

The accident took place at 6pm in St Paul’s Street.

The biker, aged 62 of Senglea, was involved in a collision with a Toyota IQ driven by a 41-year-old man of Marsascala.

The biker was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
