The Met Office has revised the forecast for the lowest temperature expected over the coming days, taking it down a notch from four to three degrees.

This feel like temperature of three is expected on Monday, with Malta in the middle of a cold snap that is currently affecting most of Europe.

While on Friday and Saturday the temperatures are expected to be more comfortable, at a high of 16 and 17 (feel like as well) respectively, there will be a sudden 10 degree drop to the feel like temperature on Sunday - expected to go down to 7. The highest temperature of the day will be 11 degrees with a low of 4 during the night.

It will get colder on Monday, when the highest temperature is expected to be just 7, with a low of 4, but the feel like temperature will go down to 3 degrees.

On Tuesday, the temperature will go up slightly to 9 degrees (feel like 6).

During the days, after today's mainly sunny forecat, the Met Office is expecting string winds with isolated showers over the weekend.

The 7-day forecast published on Wednesday.
