Street artist James Micallef Grimaud has painted a mural at the skatepark, depicting a crowned Prime Minister Robert Abela as the king of carnival.
The mural also depicts hunters and the police along with him, and dead birds, signifying hunting irregularities in the country.
A passport can also be seen, signifying the controversial sale of Maltese citizenship.
