201 new cases of Covid-19 found as 345 recover

201 new cases of Covid-19 were reported by authorities on Monday as 345 people recovered from the virus.

No new Covid-19 related deaths were reported during the last 24 hours, meaning that the total death count remains at 334.

The number of active cases has decreased significantly to 3,178.

3,946 swab tests were administered on Sunday, taking the number of swab tests administered so far up to 729,004.

97,864 doses of the vaccine were administered as of Sunday, with 32,862 people having received both doses so far.

Malta has had 24,599 cases of Covid-19 so far. 21,087 of those have recovered, while 334 have died.
