Charles Polidano, known as ic-Caqnu, was questioned by police on Saturday afternoon on alleged threats, use of force, bodily harm, and revenge porn, Times of Malta reports. 

Sources told the newspaper that Polidano was arrested at his home and escorted to police CID in handcuffs.

Police conducted a search of his Safi home and seized electronic devices. 

Sources said the construction magnate is being questioned on threats against a woman close to him. 

Family members were seen outside police headquarters in Floriana.  

His company is regularly involved in major national infrastructure projects.
