Four new Covid-19 cases were registered today, while seven patients have recovered, health authorities said.

No deaths were recorded for the eighth day in a row, leaving the number of victims at 417.

In all, 30,478 cases were found in Malta, with 29,884 patients recovering.

There are now 177 active cases.

Health authorities said 1,711 swab tests were carried out on Friday, for a total of 894,803.

The vaccination campaign has continued, with 414,632 doses administered, of which 280,134 were first doses, while 136,975 people are fully vaccinated.
