18 new cases of Covid-19 cases were reported by health authorities on Monday.

49 people meanwhile have recovered from the virus, and with no new deaths reported in the last 24 hours, the number of active cases is now down to 523.

23 patients are currently being treated at Mater Dei Hospital, four of whom are in intensive care.

813,115 doses of the vaccine have been administered so far, with 5,450 of those being booster doses.

The total number of cases so far has reached 37,036, with 35,650 recoveries. There have been 456 deaths.
