15 new cases of Covid-19 were reported by health authorities in their latest daily update on Thursday.

13 people meanwhile have recovered, meaning that the number of active cases stands at 220.

11 patients are currently being treated at Mater Dei Hospital – the same as Wednesday – while four remain in intensive care.

873,859 doses of the vaccine had been administered up until Wednesday, with 48,676 of those being booster doses.

Malta has had 37,614 cases of Covid-19 so far. 36,525 of those have recovered, while 460 have died.
